Waterjet Products
We would like to be more than simply a garnet supplier and more of a consultative source for optimizing your water jet cutting performance. We can supply the best garnet in the industry however if your upstream and downstream components are sub par quality you can still experience less than optimal results. For this reason we offer only premium orifices and nozzles, at a reasonable price, to complement our premium quality garnet product. We offer these in sizes and configurations for most water jet cutting systems including Flow, OMAX, WardJet , Techni, Jet Edge, KMT, CMS, AKS and many others.
The water jet process is primarily physics, at the cutting head, so there is a symbiotic relationship between the orifice, the garnet and the nozzle. A weak link in any of these three components will result in less than optimum cut quality. This is the reason we offer only premium quality products from upstream to the actual cut.
tetraCORE™ ORIFICES AND NOZZLES
The tetraCORE™ orifice is a proprietary product designed and manufactured exclusively by dti™ for the waterjet cutting and cleaning industries. We offer a broad range of standard tetraCORE™ sizes and assembly styles, as well as custom tetraCORE™ sizes and assemblies engineered for your specific applications.
Precision engineered to offer predictable performance, tetraCORE™ diamond waterjet orifices make upgrading to diamond and increasing efficiency a viable option for almost anyone in waterjet cutting, cleaning or blasting. Manufactured under tightly controlled conditions, tetraCORE™ approaches the hardness and wear resistance of premium dtiCORE™ diamond, but at a more affordable price point due to manufacturing efficiencies. Extensive testing and several years of field data of tetraCORE™’s durability, consistently delivered 400 or more cut hours – a full 10-15 times longer than ruby & sapphire orifices could deliver.
RR500 LL Nozzles
The RR500 LL nozzle is engineered for longevity when paired with a coherent stream from a top quality orifice and a premium hard rock garnet with consistent grain size and minimal foreign material. RockRidge has performed significant testing and is confident in the quality of these nozzles. In addition, we can offer these nozzles at a reasonable price to further compliment your bottom line and optimize your cutting performance.
